ScriptFlow 激活码为数字产品，采用一次性买断制，不支持退款。
1. 退款政策概述
由于激活码是数字产品，一经激活即视为交付完成。因此，我们不提供退款服务，包括但不限于以下情况：
- 已激活的激活码
- 未激活但已购买的激活码
- 因个人原因不需要使用的情况
- 因服务不符合预期的情况
2. 为什么不能退款？
- 数字产品特性：激活码是即时交付的数字产品，无法"退回"。
- 防止滥用：退款政策可能被恶意利用，影响服务的正常运营。
- 成本考虑：每次解析和素材搜索都会产生实际成本（AI API、素材库 API 等）。
3. 购买前请确认
在购买激活码之前，请仔细考虑以下事项：
- 您是否真的需要不限次数的使用权限？
- 您是否了解服务的功能和限制？
- 您是否已阅读并同意服务条款？
- 您是否了解激活码的"一机一码"机制？
4. 特殊情况处理
虽然我们原则上不支持退款，但在以下特殊情况下，您可以联系我们协商解决方案：
- 因技术故障导致激活码无法正常使用，且我们无法解决的情况
- 因我们的服务变更导致激活码功能完全失效的情况
请注意：即使在这些特殊情况下，我们也不保证一定提供退款，但会尽力提供合理的解决方案。

Since activation codes are digital products, activation is considered delivery completion. Therefore, we do not provide refund services, including but not limited to the following situations:
- Activated activation codes
- Unactivated but purchased activation codes
- Situations where personal reasons prevent use
- Situations where the service does not meet expectations
2. Why No Refunds?
- Digital Product Nature: Activation codes are instantly delivered digital products that cannot be "returned".
- Abuse Prevention: Refund policies could be maliciously exploited, affecting normal service operations.
- Cost Considerations: Each parsing and media search incurs actual costs (AI API, media library API, etc.).
3. Please Confirm Before Purchase
Before purchasing an activation code, please carefully consider the following:
- Do you really need unlimited usage?
- Do you understand the service features and limitations?
- Have you read and agreed to the terms of service?
- Do you understand the "one-device-one-code" mechanism?
4. Special Circumstances
Although we原则上 do not support refunds, in the following special circumstances, you can contact us to negotiate a solution:
- Technical failures preventing activation code use that we cannot resolve
- Service changes causing complete activation code functionality failure
Please note: Even in these special circumstances, we do not guarantee refunds but will make efforts to provide reasonable solutions.
